CIRCULAR
AMENDMENT TO SEVERAL FORMS ATTACHED TO CIRCULAR NO. 04/2015/TT-BCA DATED JANUARY 5, 2015 OF THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY ON FORMS RELATING TO ENTRY, EXIT, AND RESIDENCE OF FOREIGNERS IN VIETNAM AMENDED BY CIRCULAR NO. 57/2020/TT-BCA DATED JUNE 10, 2020 OF THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY
Pursuant to the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam dated June 16, 2014;
Pursuant to the Law on amendments to the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam dated November 25, 2019;
Pursuant to the Law on amendments to the Law on Entry and Exit of Vietnamese Nationals and the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners ins Vietnam dated June 24, 2023;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2018/ND-CP dated August 6, 2018 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structures of Ministry of Public Security;
At request of Director of Immigration Department;
The Minister of Public Security promulgates Circular on amendment to several forms attached to Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BCA dated January 5, 2015 of the Minister of Public Security on forms relating to entry, exit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam amended by Circular No. 57/2020/TT-BCA dated June 10, 2020 of the Minister of Public Security.
Article 1. Amendment to several forms attached to Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BCA dated January 5, 2015 of the Minister of Public Security on forms relating to entry, exit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam amended by Circular No. 57/2020/TT-BCA dated June 10, 2020 of the Minister of Public Security

Article 2. Implementation and transition clauses
- This Circular comes into force from August 15, 2023.
- Loose leaf visas and e-visas issued before effective date hereof shall be eligible for use to enter and exit Vietnam until they expire./.
